1. What is Helvetia?

Helvetia is a subscription-based luxury watch rental company, enabling you access to a wide range of luxury watches for an affordable monthly price. Now everyone can enjoy their very own luxury watch collection!

2. How does it work?

Step 1: Browse our extensive collection for your favourite timepiece
Step 2: Subscribe - Join our membership online and receive your first watch for 3 months
Step 3: Repeat - Return your watch and receive your next luxury selection

3. How often do I get a new watch?

Our subscription service allows you to change over to a new watch as soon as every 3 months. If you'd like to keep the watch for a longer term just ask out! With our monthly rental rental your watch is returned after 1 month of use.

4. What if I want a specific watch?

Let us know what watch or watches are on your wishlist and will place you on the list to receive it or do our best to source it for you.

5. What about wrist size?

When you subscribe you will let us know the size of your wrist and we will adjust each accordingly.

6. How do I know my wrist size?

a. We can email you a wrist sizer. Print it out and wrap it around your wrist. Alternatively, you can wrap a tape measure around your wrist.
Make sure there's enough room around your wrist to fit an index finger from your other hand through.
Mark the measurement in millimetres and round up to the nearest number.

b. You can also use a piece of string if you don't have a tape measure.
Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, making sure to leave enough room for your index finger to fit through.
Mark the string with a pen and measure string with a ruler.

7. Are all your watches genuine?

Yes, we only offer 100% genuine and authentic watches through our subscription service. We purchase all our watches from Authorised Dealerships or from our private customers, which are fully checked and tested for authenticity.

8. Are the watches here available for sale?

Yes, each watch that gets picked up can be available for purchase at the end of each period. For exact pricing please contact us regarding each specific watch.

9. Do you offer wedding watch rentals?

Unfortunately we are not currently offering one of rentals.
The minimum rental period is a 3-month cycle.

10. Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Yes. We can work around this if you are prepared to provide a slightly larger refundable deposit. Only Silver class watches are available for non-credit card rentals.
